RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Heaven of Handlooms, we want you to love your saree.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Accepted within the same day of delivery, with video proof of unboxing.

The saree must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With tags intact
  • Not washed or altered in any way

Returns
and exchanges are only accepted for damaged sarees.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Preordered items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • No cancellations once the order is placed.
  • No returns or exchanges for products disliked after purchase.

Additional Information

  • Time Frame for Returns: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.
  • Refund Method: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos and video proof of the damage for a quick resolution.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or customized sarees, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No return pickup: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) option available.
  • Refunds for International Orders: For
    international orders, shipping costs are non-refundable.
